Whipcrack South offers whip enthusiasts of all ages the opportunity to learn more about the use of whips for both work and sport.  Discover the different types of whip and learn different cracking techniques as used in routine and target competitions.

The next Whipcrack South Practice Meet will be held on Saturday, 22nd November 2008, from 7 until 10pm.  The session will take place in the 'Forest Hall' at Brockenhurst Village Hall and we hope to have a few targets to practice with.

The Hall is located in the heart of the New Forest and four minutes walk from the railway station (via a footpath from the Platform 1 Car Park).  Click here to view a map.

Safety glasses and earplugs will be provided - a stiff, wide-brimmed hat is also recommended.  There will also be a limited number of whips available to those that don't yet have their own.

Practice sessions cost £5 per person to cover the cost of hiring the hall et cetera.

Thank you for supporting Whipcrack South and see you again soon!
